Jockey PH: Building a Full-Funnel Digital Strategy

Project Overview

This project took place during the early stages of Jockey Philippines’ shift toward digital as a core platform. As the brand explored new ways to engage customers online, our focus was on establishing a strong foundation for sustainable digital growth. This wasn’t just about running campaigns—it was about building a presence that could scale.

Scope of Work

As part of a four-person team, I contributed across the full digital marketing lifecycle:

  • SEO Optimization: Structured product content and improved technical elements to increase organic visibility.

  • Social Media Strategy: Created audience-aligned content and campaign calendars to build brand awareness and community engagement.

  • Email Marketing: Set up targeted email flows and promotions to support acquisition and retention.

  • Sales Campaigns & Fulfillment: Worked closely with operations to align backend processes with marketing pushes, ensuring smooth customer journeys.

Outcomes

  • Established Jockey PH’s digital foundation during its early transition online

  • Drove increased visibility and engagement through integrated content and campaign efforts

  • Strengthened marketing-ops alignment, reducing friction during fulfillment and promotions

Key Takeaways

Helping launch and grow a digital presence from the ground up gave me insight into what it really takes to build traction in an evolving space. It sharpened my ability to connect strategy with execution and taught me the value of adaptability, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration in making digital work for legacy brands.
